FTA

We offer training on the theoretical, practical and innovative aspects of foundation technologies and equipment.
We incorporate a plurality of training tools in our courses to meet different learning modes and make the training as dynamic as possible. This includes a varied proposal of webinars, e-learning, in-person meetings, textbooks, visits and workshops. 

The training offers are structured on four levels: 

  1. Basic technical training in the foundation sector
  2. Role-specific training
  3. Experience
  4. Continuing training

To support teaching, FTA offers a series of company texts on the technical and technological topics covered in training.

TGA

TGA was born from the need to provide training, not just technical but also managerial training to Trevi Group employees. 

The proposed courses cover four main thematic areas. The first is Project Management, which focuses on managing projects and resources to achieve set objectives. The second is People Management, which deals with managing people and group dynamics within an organization. The third is Contract Management, which involves handling contracts and negotiations with suppliers and clients. Finally, the fourth is Finance for non Financial People, which aims to provide basic financial skills to those without specific training in finance.

Training courses can be used in blended mode, alternating moments of study in e-learning on a dedicated company platform with moments in the classroom (virtual and in-person) with a qualified lecturer. 
 
A catalogue of e-learning courses dedicated to soft skills is available to support the training activities offered by the Academy. These courses are also free to access for the purpose of promoting one’s personal development
