Cognitive and motivational interview
Trevi Group recruiters will invite you for a cognitive and motivational interview. They will introduce you to the company and give you more details about the position you are applying for.
Technical
interview
You will discuss your previous experience, motivations, expectations and the technical aspects of the role with the department manager. This may include an assessment of aptitude, technical skills, and foreign language skills.
Career proposal
If the technical interview is successful, HR will contact you to submit the financial offer related to the selection process you are participating in.

The induction process for new employees
Presentation
An induction plan is drawn up for each new employee, depending on their role. On the first day, you will receive a “Welcome” kit and an “Induction Plan” outlining the meetings, training and activities planned for the induction period.
