My job is to give support and logistical assistance to all the people at our sites in Italy and in our foreign offices. Thanks to this role I have had the great opportunity to travel and get to know our colleagues around the world: this from my point of view, is definitely one of the most positive aspects of the experience in Trevi. Every trip and every person is an enrichment to my professional identity. Another important aspect of my work is the variety of topics and people I interface with on a daily basis: having the opportunity to learn about concepts outside the specificity of my function, to engage with colleagues, and to collaborate on issues of common interest are very stimulating aspects. Continuous training is also a fundamental aspect: in these 2 years I have had the opportunity to attend language courses and in-depth courses on topics related to my role. In Trevi I have had the opportunity to change roles, to take a position that more reflects my needs with the aim of fostering both the development of the person and the achievement of company objectives.

The Trevi Group has given me the opportunity to learn about the dynamics of my role within different realities; it has given me the chance to collaborate and compare myself with colleagues from all over the world, from whom I can say that I have really learned a lot. Having been able to travel and see concretely our realities abroad has allowed me to grow both professionally and from a human point of view. I find the Trevi Group a young, dynamic and stimulating environment and that is why I would recommend our context to anyone who desires continuous challenges, motivation, collaboration, sharing and the desire to grow, continuously feeling part of a great Group.

The role of Internal Auditor is extremely stimulating and challenging. It is a job that thoroughly lets you know the company and its processes. It is important to interface with all the Functions independently, objectively and constantly, but always with a collaborative approach, for the activities to be carried out correctly. If I were to recommend the Trevi Group to someone, I would point to the fact that it operates in an extremely interesting field, which confronts the business with numerous challenges daily. About learning, the Group is committed to investing in young people by appreciating their commitment and recognising their abilities. Over the past few years, it has enhanced training offers for all its employees.

When I was hired, I started working on job sites, first in Italy and then in the United States, where I stayed for about 12 years. Thanks to the company’s trust in me and more experienced colleagues, during this time, I had the opportunity to satisfy my thirst for knowledge and my aspirations for growth, both personal and professional. In the various projects in which I have been employed, some unique in the world, first as a site assistant to gradually becoming site manager of multimillion-dollar job contracts, I have developed the skills necessary to deal with even the most complex situations, experienced firsthand innovative technical and technological solutions for which Trevi is considered a global leader, worked in multicultural and multiethnic environments, and had the opportunity to meet world-renowned professionals and experts while at the same time making myself known. I can confirm that working in the Trevi Group has offered me a wealth of unique experiences and the opportunity to play a role through which, in the wake of previous years, I continue to learn about new contexts and cultures and learn something new every day.

I joined Soilmec in 2008, first in the after-sales department by overseeing the purchase and sale of spare parts; then, in 2010, having completed my studies in mechanical engineering, I moved to the marketing department, which allowed me to have a comprehensive view of the context in which I work. One of the great satisfactions of my job is being able to interact on a day-to-day basis with the company’s various departments and translate technical language into business language for our colleagues and customers. The big advantage is the continuous technical and technological training by seeing machines on the job site and through the experience in the field.

I joined Soilmec after other work experiences; the factors that won me over are the products we develop, the work environment and the colleagues. Over time, the company has given me the opportunity to put myself out there and take on the challenges I have found along the way; I recently had the opportunity to change roles, while remaining in the design area. The change is stimulating and allows me to expand my knowledge and have a broader view of the company. Another aspect that has allowed me to grow and improve is the daily exchange with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.

What led me to work in Trevi is the passion for the impressive drilling equipment together with the desire to travel and discover new places, always facing new challenges with possible resolution through the experience gained. I had the opportunity to work on all 5 continents, being part of interesting and challenging projects, getting to know people with cultures different from mine and new countries that enriched me humanly. Complicated projects abroad have given me the opportunity not only to grow as a professional but also to carry Trevi’s name high in the world and also Italy.
