Social responsibility, gender
equality and occupational safety

In an international and national context in which combating discrimination, workers’ welfare, and achieving gender equality are still real issues, we strongly wanted to distinguish ourselves by dedicating commitment and resources to promote values and initiatives to provide a fair and peaceful working environment in which inclusiveness, well-being, and respect for people are at the heart of our sustainable development.

Internationally and nationally, the SA 8000, ISO 30415, and UNI PDR 125 standards focus on social responsibility to protect and enhance workers. To demonstrate our commitment, we have certified ourselves by these standards. We believe a motivating and collaborative work environment that values diverse cultures and skills is essential to success.

We also emphasise Occupational Health and Safety, promoting awareness at all levels of the organisation to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses. ISO 45001 certification is crucial to continuously improving our safety practices and ensuring the well-being of workers.
